WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept cash, check, and debit card/credit card through our payment platform. We are working towards accepting flex pay payment methods in the near future such as Afterpay & Klarna!
DO YOU CHARGE BY THE HOUR?
It depends on the type of service you are wanting. Usually, our organizing jobs are priced by the hour and our cleaning jobs are priced by the square footage or just by the job in general. We customize each of our services to each client based on their personal needs so our pricing varies as well.
CAN YOU ONLY SERVICE CERTAIN PARTS OF MY HOME?
The short answer is, yes! We customize each of our services to each client based on their personal needs.
HOW DO I BOOK A CLEANING OR ORGANIZING APPOINTMENT?

ARE YOU A PET FRIENDLY COMPANY AND DO YOU USE NON-TOXIC PRODUCTS?
We LOVE animals! Our animal friends are one of our favorite parts of going to work each day! We do use non-toxic cleaning supplies. We use a dawn and vinegar mixture for most of our cleaning products.
DO I NEED A DEEP CLEAN?
If you are a first-time client, then we do require an initial professional deep clean. Most of the time, we neglect to keep a constant eye on the dust, dirt or grime that slowly builds up on things such as baseboards or behind furniture. During a deep clean those places get noticed with a professional eye and are then addressed. There are many benefits to deep cleaning including killing viruses & harmful bacteria, increasing the air quality in the home, improving your mental health, reducing allergens, and minimizing clutter.
ARE THERE ANY SERVICES THAT YOU DO NOT OFFER?
We do not wash dishes, we normally do not change bed linens, we do not resurface/wax/refinish floors, we do not move large furniture, and we do not dispose of excessive amounts of trash. We can also not clean exterior windows, mold, bio hazards, pet waste and insect or rodent problems.
DO I NEED TO BE HOME DURING THE CLEANING?
No, you do not! It's completely your choice whether you would like to be home during your appointment. If you prefer, you can just leave a key and we'll take care of everything!
ARE YOU LICENSED AND INSURED?
Yes, we are licensed and insured with the State of TN.
WHAT AREAS DO YOU SERVICE?
We service Knoxville and surrounding counties up to 25 miles outside of Knoxville. If you're curious as to whether you are in our coverage area feel free to get in touch with us!
HOW LONG WILL THE CLEANING SERVICE TAKE?
The duration of the cleaning service depends on various factors such as the size of your home, the level of cleaning required, and any additional services requested. We can provide you with an estimate based on these factors once we have toured the space.
DO I NEED TO PROVIDE CLEANING PRODUCTS AND EQUIPMENT?
No, we bring our own cleaning supplies and equipment, including eco-friendly products and professional equipment. However, if you have specific products you prefer us to use, feel free to let us know in advance.
WHAT IF I AM NOT SATISTFIED WITH THE CLEANING SERVICE?
We insure our work for 24 hours. If you're not completely satisfied with the service, please let us know within 24 hours, and we'll make it right. We strive to exceed your expectations with every cleaning.
