What Do Deep Cleans Include?

Most often our deep cleans include:

  • Full dusting of the whole home floor to ceiling including blinds, accessible baseboards, light fixtures, fans/vents, hardware, etc..

  • Wiping down of all accessible horizontal surfaces throughout the whole home

  • Deep scrub of the bathrooms including mirror, shower, tub, toilet, sink, vanity & cabinetry

  • Deep scrub of the kitchen including cleaning front faces of all cabinetry and appliances, backsplash, microwave inside & out, etc...

  • Full vacuum and mopping of all floors in the home and accessible baseboards​​​

Do I Need A Deep Clean?

If you are a first-time client wanting regular maintenance cleans, then we do require an initial professional deep clean. Most of the time, we neglect to keep a constant eye on the dust, dirt or grime that slowly builds up on things such as baseboards or behind furniture. During a deep clean those places get noticed with a professional eye and are then addressed. There are many benefits to deep cleaning including killing viruses & harmful bacteria, increasing the air quality in the home, improving your mental health, reducing allergens, and minimizing clutter.

Pricing:​​​

  • 1000 sq.ft. & under = minimum pricing $250 with or without pets

  • Deep clean with pets in the home = 0.25¢ per sq. ft.

  • Deep clean with NO pets in the home = 0.20¢ per sq. ft.

Even though we adore our furry friends, due to the additional time and effort required to thoroughly clean and address the challenges posed by pet hair, dander and other related factors, our deep cleaning services in homes with pets are priced higher.​

Prices are subject to change based on walkthrough on the day of the clean. To ensure the most efficient and effective cleaning, we ask that all personal items and clutter be tidied and picked up before our team arrives. If the area requires significant tidying before the cleaning can begin, we will need to add an upcharge. This is because extra time is needed to organize and clear spaces, which impacts the overall efficiency of the cleaning process.

We ensure our work for 24 hours. If  you're not completely satisfied with the service, please let us know within 24 hours, and we'll make it right. We strive to exceed your expectations with every cleaning.

​To ensure a smooth and efficient process, we require that a signed cleaning contract and a valid credit/debit card be on file before we can schedule or perform any cleaning services!
